NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday released the admit card for the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) on its official website.

The candidates who have submitted online applications for UGC NET December 2019 can visit the official website of NTA NET — ugcnet.nta.nic.in – to download the admit card.

NTA has scheduled to conduct UGC NET December 2019 between December 2 and December 6, 2019. The NET examination will comprise of two papers as given below:

Candidates are advised to check the examination center, date, and shift mentioned in the UGC NET admit card. According to the information bulletin, “No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination center, on Date and Timings other than that allotted to them in their Admit card.

If, in case candidates find difficulty in downloading admit cards from the website, candidates are advised to approach the Help Line between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm from 09 November 2019 to 16 November 2019.

General instructions for candidates

a. Candidate should note that NET admit cards will not be sent by post.

b. In no case, the duplicate admit card for UGC-NET December 2019 would be issued at the examination centers.

c. Candidate should not mutilate the admit card or change any entry made therein.

d. Candidates are advised to preserve their admit cards in good condition for future reference.

e. No, admit card shall be issued to the candidates whose applications are found to be incomplete for any reason (including indistinct/ doubtful photographs/unsigned Applications) or who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the examination.

f. The issue of admit cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which will be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the admission process.
