BHIS, Malad bags multiple awards at a national level Math Bee competition

MUMBAI:Five students of Billabong High International School, Malad bagged multiple wins at a national level Math Bee competition recently held in the city.

Aarav Nahar, a class IV student ranked the best performer in his category while his classmates Ayush Sankaran and Shashwat Vatsa ranked 7th and 10th respectively in their category. Similarly, class II student, Aayat Mahajan ranked seventh and Vivaan Jain ranked fifth in their categories.

Mars International Math Bee competition progressed through various stages – comprising of School Level, Inter School, State and then the National Levels – and spanned over an year. More than a thousand children from Grade 1-12, across top schools of the country participated in the competition. Over 200 participants qualified for the National level finals.
